We deliever our products using Cold Chain Delivery - SF Express, a local courier service which has cool storage facilities. It is perfect for delivering chilled, fresh goods, like our chocolates. Normally it takes half to one business day for the parcel to arrive.

How to store your chocolates?
如何保存您的朱古力?
Using real chocolates as our raw material, our products are very sensitive to temperature and humidity, thus they need to be stored at:
temperatures between 18-22°C and humidity lower than 60%.
If you are storing them in a refridgerator, allow the box to stand in room temperature for 10 minutes before openning.
我們的產品對溫度和濕度非常敏感，全因我們使用真朱古力作為我們的原材料，所以它們需要被儲存在攝氏18至22度之間、濕度低於60％的地方。
如果您將朱古力儲存於雪櫃內，請把盒子放在室溫下10分鐘後才開啟食用。

What's the best way to consume fresh chocolates?

It is always recommended to have our chocolates consumed as soon as possible, because the aromas don't last long. Just like that you don't drink a week-old cup of coffee. The fresher the better.
