Liqueur chocolates all have these inherent problems: alcohol tend to evaporate quickly and it attacks cocoa butter (the oil content in chocolate).  Knowing that many producers use a sugar capsule to contain the alcohol, those chooclates are generally very sweet, and it's exactly what we wanted to avoid.  After 2 years of trials and testings, all backed up by our expertise in sciences and quality assurance, we finally were able to come up with a recipe that has both the benefits of good taste and product stability.  It is now your chance, to see and acknowledge one the milestones of our chocolate research!
